Inventory Clerk

Maintain accurate inventory records in the inventory management system.

Receive incoming products and verify quantities and quality against delivery notes.

Track, organize, and label inventory items in the warehouse to ensure efficient retrieval.

Pick and pack items accurately for eCommerce and other customer orders.

Ensure products are packed securely and correctly labeled for dispatch.

Support daily warehouse operations including stock counting, cycle counts, and stock adjustments.

Coordinate with the logistics team for the timely dispatch and delivery of products.

Update inventory transactions such as transfers, returns, and disposals in the system.

Generate inventory reports for internal use and management review.

Assist in investigating and resolving inventory discrepancies.

Monitor stock levels and assist with restocking as needed.

Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures in warehouse operations.

Provide administrative support for inventory-related documentation and records.

Maintain cleanliness and organization of the storage area.

Basic motorcycle knowledge is considered an advantage, especially when handling vehicle-related parts or stock.
