Job Description

协助所有门店进行每月库存盘点。
每日检查牛肉库存结余。
及时向主管汇报库存差异、损坏或短缺情
况。
确保执行正确的库存轮替制度（FIFO先进
先出）及妥善的储存条件。
与各门店及供应商协调补货及送货时间安
排。
准备并维护库存相关文件及归档记录。
协助进行库存控制工作，以减少浪费及库
存差异。
采购支持（Procurement Support）
与指定负责人一同接收每周牛肉送货。
协助总部办公室及中央厨房接收货品，包
括食品、饮料及非食品类物品。
根据需求协助采购及寻找相关物品。
维护系统内最新的商品价格资料。
准备采购订单及供应商订货清单。
核对送达货品、采购订单及发票，确保数
量与品质准确无误。
监控库存情况，并及时通知相关部门低库
存商品。
维护采购及送货相关文件与归档记录。
协助成本控制，并在有需要时寻找替代产
品。
