The Role
We are seeking an Inventory Executive to join our factory team in Sungai Buloh. This role is vital to ensuring efficient management, organization, and control of both raw materials and processed parts for our Cooling Tower production. You will be responsible for proper storage, inventory accuracy, and supporting seamless material flow for local and Asia Pacific projects. Key Responsibilities

Manage storage and organization of raw materials and processed components for Cooling Tower production, ensuring optimal warehouse space utilization.

Understand material specifications and ensure accurate storage and arrangement of parts according to their application in Cooling Tower assemblies.

Perform routine inventory control tasks, including stock checks, record updates, and material tracking.

Prepare accurate inventory reports, stock movement records, and maintain documentation in line with company ISO standards for management review.

Optimize warehouse storage to ensure materials are easily accessible and ready-to-use items are systematically arranged for smooth delivery coordination.

Collaborate with Production, Procurement & Logistics, and Internal Project Management teams to support material planning, delivery schedules, and stock replenishment.

Oversee inventory management for local and Asia Pacific projects, ensuring stock accuracy and availability.

Participate in periodic stock audits, investigate discrepancies, and implement corrective actions.

Track inventory KPIs such as turnover rate, aging stock, slow-moving, and obsolete items (SLOB).

Drive improvements to inventory tracking and management systems (ERP).

Establish and maintain minimum and maximum stock levels to ensure uninterrupted production and project support.

Maintain compliance with warehouse safety standards and company procedures.

Carry out ad-hoc tasks or special assignments as directed by the Inventory Manager.

What We’re Looking For

Diploma or Degree in Engineering, Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related field.

Minimum 1–2 years of experience in inventory management, warehouse operations, or material handling, preferably within a manufacturing or engineering environment.

Knowledge of Cooling Tower components or industrial equipment parts is an advantage.

Strong organizational and problem-solving skills, with excellent attention to detail.

Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word); experience with inventory management systems is a plus.

Good communication skills in English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin (for internal coordination purposes).

Able to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and collaborate across departments.

Familiar with warehouse best practices and safety standards.

Willing to be based full-time at our Sungai Buloh factory.
