Inventory Management Executive

Responsibility

-Analyze inventory data, movement and understand connections to minimize the variance

-Checking PO ordering, quantity and goods receive

-Checking stock on hand in store and distribution centre

-Stock and sales compensation

-Compiling and sorting information from buyers, stores, distribution centre or vendors

-Call and follow up with vendor on outstanding matter and agreement

-Fill up information and sorting data

-Follow up on cost or price change (import/local/normal/instore) and Info code

-Compiling and updating all article in excel format

-Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related result as needed

-Experience in inventory management, inventory analysis of retailing, logistics and manufacturing


Requirements

-Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Studies, or any relevant field of study.

-Required skill(s): MS Excel (Pivot & Vlookup).

-Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin, English. Candidates fluent in Mandarin preferred as role requires candidate to deal with Mandarin speaking clients.

-At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.

-Applicants must be willing to work in Subang Jaya.
