IT Application Support Specialist

JD as below: -

Establish IT policies regarding operational procedures and ensure compliance.

Work with outside vendors and leadership of other departments to ensure smooth IT processes.

Plan and schedule project guidelines and goals while ensuring timelines are met.

Interacting with HODs for the reporting and analysis.

Support the IT daily operation and system issues/challenge.

Business-minded where applicable with entrepreneurship skill to ensure business success.

Requirements:

Experience with modern web frameworks and API development and ETL reporting.

Knowledge of SQL reporting service configuration, setup and maintenance.

Required skill(s): ASP.Net, VB.Net, HTML, CSS, Ajax, MySQL, REST/JSON

Good working knowledge of SQL programming and Oracle, MySQL

Ability to think analytically and should be a problem solver

At least 2 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position

A Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent.
