IT ASSISTANT MANAGER

Collaborate with IT Manager to ensure the effective functioning of the IT department

Manage, allocate tasks, set goals and evaluate IT Infrastructure team performance

Supervise, mentor and oversee the handling of IT Support tickets and ensure that issues are addressed promptly and effectively

Identify and implement improvement in IT support processes to enhance efficiency, reduce downtime, and improve user satisfaction

Involve and oversee the overall planning , deployment, management, maintenance and support of IT infrastructures

Monitor performance of IT systems to determine cost and productivity levels, and to make recommendations for improving the IT infrastructure

Research and propose new IT solution to enhance security and IT operational efficiency

Maintain the integrity and continual operation of all IT systems

Coordinate and manage IT projects within the IT infrastructure team

Working closely with other IT team, like application development and cybersecurity, to ensure that infrastructure can support new technologies and business initiatives

In charge of the company cybersecurity posture and data protection

Maintain security and privacy of the information systems, communication lines and equipment

Support the implementation and documentation of IT infrastructure policies, processes and standard, ensuring the incorporation of best practices of hardware, software, network and security support

Keeping abreast of new technology trends and evaluating their utility for the organization and training staff to use new software and hardware
