IT Business Operation Manager

Requirements

Proficiency in English and Mandarin is an advantage
Possess at least Diploma/post Graduate Diploma/ Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or any related disciplines.
4-5 year(s) of working experience in the related field with at least 1 year of leadership/ management experience is required for this position.
Strong background in Network Cabling and CCTV Operations
Exceptional organizational and leadership skills.
Independent and capable of working under pressure and tight deadlines
Able to start immediately/within short notice is an added advantage
Familiarized with System Integration (SI) is an added advantage
MUST be willing to work in Butterworth, Penang
Responsibilities

Oversee the daily operations of the IT Operations department to ensure the functionality, availability, and security of IT systems, data, backups, and communications; troubleshoot and remediate issues that arise.
Develop and manage annual IT budgets and procure IT equipment and professional services
Manage IT vendors, contracts and service level agreements and perform vendor risk assessments
Coordinate internal and external resources, timetables, budgets, and the reporting to project stakeholders
Manage IT department services and prepare management reports of department activities, tasks, and operational metrics
Assess system performance and recommend improvements
Heavily involved with projects related to Network Cabling and CCTV Networks
Manage department team members, including performance and training assessments. Assist in the development of IT staffing plan and professional growth
Lead, motivate, and support team within a time-sensitive and demanding environment, including career development plans for direct reports and problem resolution
Getting involved in minor portion of sales, and interacting with customers to ensure satisfaction
