IT EXECUTIVE

Job Responsibilities
-Installing, configuring, and maintaining computer hardware, operating systems, and business applications.
-Monitoring and managing computer systems, networks, and servers to ensure optimal performance.
-Providing technical support to staff or clients, guiding them through troubleshooting steps either face-to-face or remotely.
-Diagnosing and resolving hardware, software, and network issues in a timely manner.
-Replacing faulty parts and performing preventive maintenance as required.
-Creating and maintaining procedural documentation, technical reports, and supporting reporting needs for management.
-Following technical diagrams and written instructions to repair faults or set up systems.
-Supporting the deployment and roll-out of new applications and system upgrades.
-Setting up new user accounts, profiles, and managing password-related issues.
-Managing company servers, websites, and ERP systems.
-Configuring and maintaining ERP software, including OBM and Epicor, to support business processes.
-Assisting with generating, analyzing, and troubleshooting reports from ERP systems to support decision-making.
-Collaborating with departments to ensure IT systems meet organizational requirements and improve efficiency.

Job Requirements
-Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
-Proven experience in IT support, system administration, and ERP management (OBM, Epicor preferred).
-Strong knowledge of computer hardware, operating systems (Windows/Linux), and networking protocols.
-Experience with server management, website maintenance, application deployment, and reporting support.
-Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
-Good communication and interpersonal skills for supporting staff and clients.
-Ability to document processes clearly, maintain technical reports, and support reporting needs.
-Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
-Familiarity with IT security standards and best practices is a plus.
-Possess high integrity.
