Your Role – Key Responsibilities
Technology Evangelist (50%)
Lead IT modernization initiatives to replace manual processes with digitalized solutions.

Collaborate with department heads to understand and translate business needs into IT requirements.

Benchmark and research new IT solutions to improve infrastructure and systems.

Liaise with vendors/solution providers for successful system/software implementation and support.

Oversee deployment of software upgrades, enhancements, and patches according to project schedules.

Ensure systems meet functional requirements and deliver improved productivity.

Implement and sustain process improvements for operational efficiency.

Coordinate and manage IT projects in alignment with set milestones, deliverables, and budgets.

Local MIS Support (50%)
Manage and oversee the company’s Management Information System (MIS) operations.

Maintain and support IT infrastructure and core systems to ensure business continuity.

Monitor and manage system troubleshooting, backups, storage, and disaster recovery planning.

Develop, document, and enforce IT policies and best practices.

Provide leadership, guidance, and mentoring to IT team members.

What You’ll Bring – Requirements
Education
Diploma or Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent.

Experience
Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in IT operations or systems management.

At least 1–2 years in software/system project implementation.

Experience with ERP systems (especially Microsoft Dynamics GP) is an added advantage.

Skills & Attributes
Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage across all organizational levels.

Experience in IT project management and leading system improvement initiatives.

Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
