IT Support Engineer (Mandarin Speaking)

What you will do:

Provide readiness and deployment support for Microsoft 365 workloads.
Deliver training and hands-on sessions across Teams, Exchange, OneDrive, SharePoint, and Intune.
Guide partners on deploying security and compliance tools such as Defender for Office, Microsoft Purview, and M365 E5.
Help partners integrate Microsoft 365 with identity solutions and endpoint protection.
Assist with secure hybrid work enablement and Zero Trust implementations.
Advocate for Microsoft 365 adoption and best practices.

Skills and experiences

Relevant experience in Microsoft 365 administration, consulting, or support.
Effective command of Mandarin language for work purposes due to the geographical location of partners you will be supporting.
Familiarity with device management (MEM/Intune), identity (AAD), and collaboration tools (Teams).
Understanding of M365 security and compliance tools.
Microsoft certifications such as MS-102, SC-300, or MD-102 are preferred.
Excellent communication, facilitation, and technical mentoring skills.
