IT Support Executive - Linux Server (Mandarin)

As a Mandarin-speaking IT Support Executive at NETFORGE SOLUTION SDN. BHD., you will be responsible for deploying and maintaining business systems, managing CI/CD pipelines, optimizing network performance, and ensuring the stable operation of our private cloud infrastructure. You will support Chinese-speaking teams and work across rotating shifts to maintain system reliability and efficiency.


What you'll be doing:
Perform server system operations and maintenance, including scripting and automation

负责服务器系统运维工作，包括编写运维脚本及自动化处理

Deploy, maintain, monitor, and optimize business systems and infrastructure

进行业务系统的部署、维护、监控及优化

Handle system incidents by performing troubleshooting, analysis, resolution, and follow-up

处理系统故障，包括受理、分析、解决及后续跟踪

Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines and automation tools to improve operational efficiency

负责 CI/CD 平台及自动化工具开发，提升运维效率

Maintain and ensure the stability and security of private cloud infrastructure

维护公司私有云环境，确保系统稳定及安全运行

Introduce and deploy tools/platforms, and prepare related documentation

负责工具平台的引入、部署及相关文档编写

Collaborate with development teams to support project implementation and track progress

与开发团队协作，支持项目实施并跟进开发进度

Coordinate between after-sales/support team and development team to escalate and resolve issues

协调售后团队与开发部门沟通，推动问题反馈及解决



What we're looking for:
Diploma or Degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field

学历要求拥有IT技术或相关领域的文凭/学位

Fluent in Mandarin (spoken and written) e are seeking candidates proficient in Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking team

精通中文（口语与书写）

Minimum 5 years of experience in IT support, system operations, networking, or a related role.

至少5年 IT 支持、系统运维、网络或相关经验

Strong knowledge of networking fundamentals, including TCP/IP, routing, switching, and firewall concepts.Ability to analyze and troubleshoot network issues and optimize performance

熟悉网络基础知识，包括 TCP/IP、路由、交换、防火墙等。能够进行网络故障分析及性能优化

Hands-on experience with web-related technologies such as Nginx, Redis, Zookeeper, MySQL, DNS, etc., including configuration and performance tuning

Proficient in one or more programming or scripting languages (e.g. Python, Shell, Go).

Experience with monitoring and logging tools such as ELK, Zabbix, Prometheus, and Grafana

熟悉 ELK、Zabbix、Prometheus、Grafana 等监控工具的使用及维护

Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills, with the ability to independently handle complex issues

具备较强的问题分析与故障排查能力，能够独立处理复杂问题

Fast learner with the ability to quickly acquire and apply new technologies in a practical environment

学习能力强，能够快速掌握新技术并应用于实际工作

Experience in team management or technical leadership; prior experience leading a small team (3–5 members) is an advantage

具备团队管理或技术指导经验，有带领3-5人小团队经验者优先

Willing to work non-standard hours, including overtime or when support is required.

可接受非固定工作时间（包括必要时的加班或支援）

Location: Sunway Velocity, Kuala Lumpur

Working Hours: Non-standard working hours depending on operational needs or project requirements, with shifts such as 8:00am–5:00pm, 9:00am–6:00pm, 10:00am–7:00pm, 1:00pm–10:00pm, or 2:00pm–11:00pm. Total working hours will not exceed 45 hours per week.

Off Days: 8 off days per month, which may not necessarily fall on weekends depending on the work schedule.
