IT Support - Linux Server (Mandarin)

About the role
As a Mandarin-speaking IT Support at NETFORGE SOLUTION SDN. BHD., you will be responsible for managing server order deliveries and providing full-cycle technical support to clients in the Chinese-speaking market. You will handle pre- and post-sales inquiries, diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network issues, and ensure service excellence through a shift-based support schedule.

What you'll be doing
-Manage the delivery of server orders and provide after-sales maintenance to customers.
--管理服务器订单的交付，并为客户提供售后维护。
-Diagnosing and resolving various hardware, software, server, and network issues.
--诊断和解决各种硬件、软件故障、服务器故障和网络故障等问题。
-Collect, analyze, and resolve technical issues that customers encounter, both before and after the sale.
--收集、分析和解决客户在售前和售后遇到的技术问题。
-Adhere to strict work handover protocols and provide consistent and accurate information.
--严格按照规范做工作交接，保证信息同步准确。
-Follow the company's customer service standards and procedures and stay up-to-date with the latest products and technologies.
--遵循公司的客户服务标准和流程，及时了解最新的产品和技术。
-Ensuring customer satisfaction and maintaining the company's reputation for excellent customer service.
--确保客户满意并维护公司卓越客户服务的声誉。

What we're looking for
-Minimum Diploma/Degree in IT or a related field required
--最低学历要求拥有IT技术或相关领域的文凭/学位
-Fluent in Mandarin (both spoken and written)
--精通中文（口语与书写）
-Proficient in Windows, with basic knowledge of Linux and databases.
--对windows的应用要求比较熟悉；对Linux和数据库有一定的了解。
-Familiar with server and storage products as well as network equipment installation.
--熟悉服务器、存储产品以及网络设备的安装。
-Understand the configuration and maintenance of network switches, routing devices and security products
--理解网络交换机、路由设备和安全产品的配置和维护。
-Able to work in rotating shifts: morning, afternoon, and night shifts
--能够接受三班轮值工作：早班、午班和晚班

Working Hours are based on a shift schedule:
Morning Shift: 8a.m. – 5p.m./ Afternoon Shift: 1p.m. – 10p.m. / Night Shift: 10p.m. – 8a.m. (next day)
Shifts are scheduled on a rotational basis and will be arranged in advance.

Off Days:
Morning & Afternoon Shifts: 6 off days per month
Night Shift: 15 off days per month
Note: Off days are not fixed on weekends and may vary according to the duty roster.
