Job Description

Responsible in installation, configuration and troubleshooting of operating systems, drivers, software patches and other PC peripherals.

Respond and attend to outlets and HQ complain regarding POS system and any other networking issues faced.

Installing software and networking systems for the Company.

Troubleshooting network and software issues when necessary.

Extensive knowledge of computer hardware systems.

Knowledge of LAN and wireless networks.

Ensures of computer hardware / copier / wireless device / projectors / usage are well functioning with minimum breakdown.

Setting up of new outlet’s POS and operating systems.

Any other ad-hoc tasks assigned by the Management.

Requirements

Candidates must possess at least a Diploma studies or equivalent in IT or any related field.

1-3 years of working experience in the related field is an added advantage.

Familiar with Microsoft Office, Google Suites, editing PDF documents.

Strong technical background with good analytical and problem solving skills.

Discretion, diplomacy and excellent judgment with regards to confidential information.

Good communication skills and has a strong sense of urgency.

Able to work under Pressure.
