IT Technical Project Manager, Mobile Application

Job Description
Project Management & Governance — Lead end-to-end project scoping, feasibility, planning, costing, risk mitigation, and stakeholder management across the full SDLC using Waterfall, Agile, or Hybrid methodologies.

Mobile App Delivery — Oversee full-cycle delivery of iOS, Android, and Huawei applications, ensuring functionality, reliability, performance, security, scalability, and maintainability.

System Architecture & Integration — Oversee architecture design across mobile, backend, API, middleware, and cloud infrastructure, ensuring seamless integration with third-party services and enterprise platforms.

DevOps & Engineering Practices — Govern CI/CD pipelines, containerization, deployment strategies, version control, and code repository management to ensure robust and efficient delivery operations.

Team Leadership & Mentorship — Lead, delegate, and mentor development, QA, DevOps, and support teams while providing technical guidance and coaching to drive performance and accountability.

Cross-functional Collaboration & Reporting — Collaborate with Product, UX/UI, Infrastructure, Security, and Vendor teams while maintaining comprehensive technical and business documentation and reporting to management.



Requirement
Technical Expertise – Minimum 7 years in enterprise Mobile App Development (iOS & Android), with experience in cloud-native/cloud-aware applications and strong knowledge of SDLC methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid, Incremental).

Project Management – Minimum 3 years of hands-on IT Project Management experience, with strong ability to lead projects under tight deadlines.

Leadership & Stakeholder Management – Proven experience in leading diverse teams, managing stakeholders and vendors effectively across all levels.

Communication & Interpersonal Skills – Excellent verbal and written communication, presentation, and analytical skills; good command of English with Mandarin proficiency as an added advantage.

Education & Qualifications – Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent field.

Security & Compliance (Preferred) – Strong experience in application security, data protection, and compliance frameworks, including exposure to PCI-DSS compliant environments involving payment systems, monetary transactions, and tokenization.
