Junior Content Producer – Fast-Track to Team Lead!

The Opportunity:
This isn't just a regular junior role. We are actively looking for future leaders. High-performing candidates will be placed on a fast-track progression plan with the opportunity to be promoted to Team Lead within 6 months as our department grows.

What You’ll Be Doing:

Create Trending Content: Ideate, shoot, and edit engaging short-form video content for TikTok, Instagram Reels, and our official website.

Live Commerce: Host and manage energetic, engaging live streams on TikTok and Shopee to drive real-time sales and interact with our community.

Brand Storytelling: Showcase our plus-size lingerie collections in a tasteful, empowering, and trend-conscious way.

Platform Management: Assist in scheduling posts, engaging with our community in the comments, and monitoring video performance metrics.

Collaborate: Work closely with management to plan monthly campaigns, product launches, and seasonal promotions.

Who We Are Looking For:

A creative mindset with a finger on the pulse of current TikTok and social media trends.

Comfortable both behind the camera (editing/shooting) and in front of the camera (hosting/modeling products is a strong plus, though not strictly required).

Basic proficiency in mobile video editing tools (CapCut, Canva, etc.).

A passion for fashion, body positivity, and empowering women.

A proactive, "hustle" mentality—you are eager to learn, take ownership, and step into a leadership role within a few months.

Experience in Shopee Live or TikTok e-commerce is a huge advantage!
