Junior Purchasing (Mandarin Speaker)

Requirements

Minimum Diploma or higher
Experience in Manufacturing Industries
Able to communicate in English and Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin additional advantage
Good communication and coordination skills
Detail-oriented, responsible, adaptable, and able to handle multiple tasks
Proficient in SQL system, Microsoft Excel, and basic computer operations
Responsibilities

Assist in handling purchase orders, quotation requests, price comparisons, and placing orders
Follow up with suppliers on delivery schedules to ensure timely delivery
Organize and file purchasing-related documents and data
Input purchasing records into the company system SQL
Maintain good communication with suppliers, warehouse, and other departments
Assist superior with other assigned tasks
