Junior Quantity Surveyor

• Assist in developing initial cost estimates and budgets for renovation projects.
• Perform quantity take-offs based on technical drawings and project specifications.
• Help prepare tender documents, bills of quantities (BOQ), and pricing schedules.
• Evaluate and compare quotations from subcontractors and suppliers.
• Support the senior quantity surveyor in tracking project expenditures and ensuring they align with budget forecasts.
• Contribute to the preparation of interim valuations and final account statements.
• Maintain accurate records of project costs, including material logs and payment certificates.
• Compile and submit periodic cost reports for review by senior management
