Junior Service Technician

We are seeking a talented Junior Service Technician to join our team at SC YEAP JEWELLERY CASTING SUPPLY SDN BHD. This is a full-time position based in Jelutong, Penang, where you will play a vital role in providing technical support and maintenance for our range of specialised jewellery casting equipment.

What you'll be doing

Perform scheduled maintenance and inspections on a variety of jewellery casting machines.

Basic knowledge in electronics, PCB Boards and machine servicing.

Troubleshoot and diagnose issues with equipment, and carry out repairs as needed

Provide hands-on technical assistance to our customers on-site and over the phone

Maintain detailed records of all service and repair activities

Support the team in delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring maximum equipment uptime

Collaborate with the wider engineering team to identify opportunities for process improvements
