Karaoke Outlet/Restaurant Manager (Mandarin Speaker)

Job Requirements
-We are seeking candidates proficient in Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients
-At least 1 to 2 years of working experience as a manager in F&B Industries.
-Good customer-relations skills
-Must be willing to work in shifts (Morning & Afternoon), Weekends, and Public Holidays

Job Responsibilities
-Responsible for daily overall business activities in the outlet
-Drive and coach the outlet team to meet monthly & daily sales target
-Carry out stock checks of inventory in the outlet and monitor stock movement
-Ensure smooth running of the day-to-day outlet operations in compliance with company policies, procedures, and standards
-Ensure corporate-level instructions and objectives are achieved by the outlet
-Manage and plan manpower issues in the Outlet such as scheduling, attendance, and recruitment
-Train new joiners in the outlet to follow and ensure existing employee skills are up to date and meet Company standards.
-Appraise staff performance and provide feedback to improve productivity.
