Job Description

Key Responsibilities
Prospect and acquire new customers through direct sales activities including cold calling, networking, referrals, face-to-face meetings, and market engagement activities.
Develop and expand new business opportunities within the Southern region market, with strong understanding of local customer landscape, industry trends, and competitive environment.
Take full ownership of the end-to-end sales and tendering process, ensuring compliance with company policies, pricing structure, and contract governance guidelines.
Drive new business development and manage successful onboarding and implementation of newly acquired customers to ensure smooth transition and customer satisfaction.
Qualify prospects based on company-defined customer criteria, business potential, and strategic sales fit.
Consistently achieve and exceed sales targets, KPIs, and business growth objectives set by Management.
Maintain accurate and timely reporting of sales activities, pipeline status, market updates, and customer engagement through CRM and internal reporting tools.
Provide market intelligence and feedback to Management on customer trends, competitor activities, pricing movements, market opportunities, and unmet customer needs.
Collaborate effectively with internal stakeholders including operations, customer service, finance, and implementation teams to ensure excellent customer experience.
Demonstrate strong hunter mentality with high level of initiative, resilience, urgency, and accountability in driving new customer acquisition.
Undertake any other ad-hoc duties or assignments as assigned by Management from time to time.
Requirements
Minimum 3–5 years of B2B sales or key account management experience with proven track record in new business acquisition.
Strong exposure and understanding of Southern Malaysia market dynamics and business ecosystem.
Experience in corporate sales, solution selling, or enterprise account management is preferred.
Strong communication, negotiation, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
Self-motivated, result-oriented, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
Possess own transport and willing to travel extensively within assigned territory.
