Kitchen Assistant

Requirements:
Diploma or Certificate in Culinary Arts or a related
discipline.
Those without the qualification above but have at
least minimum 2 year’s of experience in F&B /
Kitchen Operations can be considered.
Willing to work weekends & Public Holidays.
Work location: Foodies Nest, The Starling Mall.
Certificate in Food Handling and Vaccination Card
(Typhoid)
Responsibilities:
To assist in planning and executing the menu.
Assist in food preparation, presentation and
cooking of local cuisines according to recipes and
specifications.
Maintain the cleanliness and hygiene of food
preparation areas, cooking surface and utensils
used through good sanitation and organization
skills.
Ensure and upkeep the freshness and quality of
food items through stock management.
To coordinate and control the activity of the overall
kitchen.
To attend and contribute the daily kitchen meeting.
Perform any other duties as assigned by the
Management.
