Qualifications
-Candidate must possess at least SPM/ STPM
-Fresh graduate in Food/Beverage are welcome
-Having working experience in food/Beverage/Restaurant Service is an added advantage
-Teamwork, and Passionate about F&B career and keen to advance his/her managerial experience
-Able to work independently or as a team in a fast-paced environment with minimum supervision
-Willing to work rotating shifts, weekend and public holidays
-Ability to perform detailed work quickly, safely and able to comply with company SOP

Job responsibilities
-Prepare and serve menu items (bagels, all day breakfast, pasta & sourdough pizza) in accordance with production requirements.
-Ensure day to day operation runs smoothly accordance to the SOP
-Receiving deliveries and verifying that all ordered items have been delivered and are of good quality.
-Taking inventory of restaurant supplies and notifying the supervisor of low or depleted supplies.
-Discarding all expired and spoiled food items stored in the stock rooms, refrigerators, and freezers.
-Plating and presenting meal items as per the Kitchen Head instructions.
-Carry out any other duties as required by management
