Qualifications
-Produce various types of pizza according to specified recipes and standards.
-Operate the pizza section of the kitchen, collaborating with the chef to ensure a smooth and successful working environment.
-Shape and bake pizzas according to specified recipes and standards.
-Acquire the right type and quantity of ingredients by following pizza baking recipes and measuring ingredients accurately.
-Set oven heat to the appropriate temperature and wait for ovens to be heated before placing pizzas in them.
-Monitor timers to ensure that pizzas are baked properly and to perfection.
-Perform preventative maintenance on ovens regularly to ensure optimal performance.
-Assist with other duties as required by the job.
