Kitchen Crew (Ampang/OUG)

No kitchen experience are welcome to apply too! We're happy to train individual who are passionate about food, eager to learn and willing to grow with our team!

Key Responsibilities:
1. Prepare Daily Ingredients: including raw foods, sauces, dressings and marinades.
2. Assisting with cooking, plating and food preparation according to our standards.
3. Maintain food quality, consistency, portion control and the overall food presentation.
4. Ensure proper food storage, stock rotation and ingredient freshness.
5. Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen, workstations and equipments.
6. Assist with receiving supplies, monitoring inventory, and minimizing food wastage.
7. Follow SOP and support the team during peak hours.

All these tasks will work closely with the Head Chef to ensure a smooth and healthy daily kitchen operations.
