Kitchen Crew / Assistant

Comply with FSMS, HACCP, and food safety standards

Prepare sandwiches and cold food items to brand standards

Prepare and cook meals according to approved recipes and manuals

Ensure all menu items are available throughout operating hours

Assemble and prepare ingredients for cooking

Assist kitchen team members during service

Maintain cleanliness of kitchen and food preparation areas

Maintain cleanliness of pantry and dishwashing areas

Operate kitchen equipment safely and correctly

Clean and maintain kitchen equipment and utensils

Perform dishwashing duties as required

Replenish and rotate stock using FIFO principles

Assist with stock takes and basic inventory checks

Ensure correct storage and freshness of food products

Maintain high visual merchandising standards in display cabinets

Upsell and cross-sell products to support sales

Perform general store cleaning using cleaning schedules

Clear dirty dishes and assist with dining area cleanliness when required

Follow health, safety, and hygiene regulations at all times

Support the team with incidental and emergency operational duties
