Kitchen Crew - Yakiniku

Qualifications
-Minimum SPM or equivalent qualification
-Must have typhoid vaccination and a valid food handling certification
-Passionate about food preparation, detail-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
-Prior F&B or kitchen experience is a plus, but training will be provided.
-Willing to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.

Job responsibilities
-Support daily operations: Assisting with opening and closing tasks, handling ad-hoc duties, and ensuring everything runs efficiently during peak hours
-Cooking Assistance: Support chefs with cooking tasks, assembling dishes, and ensuring every plate meets quality standards.
-Kitchen Cleanliness: Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including equipment, countertops, utensils, and storage areas.
-Health & Safety Compliance: Follow food safety and hygiene protocols, including proper handling of raw ingredients.
-Inventory & Stock Management: Check stock levels, store ingredients correctly, rotate stock, and notify supervisors of shortages.
-Team Collaboration: Support chefs and fellow kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations, especially during peak hours.
