Kitchen Helper/ Commis

Job Responsibilities

Assist chefs and kitchen staff in food preparation.

Wash, peel, cut and prepare ingredients according to kitchen requirements.

Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of kitchen equipment, utensils and workstations.

Ensure proper storage and handling of food items.

Assist in receiving and organizing stock deliveries.

Follow food safety and hygiene standards at all times.

Perform other kitchen-related duties as assigned by the Chef or Kitchen Supervisor.



Requirements

Minimum SPM qualification.

Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.

Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

Able to work in a fast-paced environment.

Good teamwork and communication skills.

Able to work shifts, weekends and public holidays.
