Kitchen Helper

Qualifications
-Candidate must possess at least a Primary/Secondary School/SPM/"O" Level, Higher Secondary/STPM/"A" Level/Pre-U, Professional Certificate, Others or equivalent.
-Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English
-At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position. Fresh graduate are welcomed.
-Preferably candidate specializing in Hospitality/ Tourism/ Hotel Management or equivalent.
-Preferably Male / Female candidate
-Full-Time position(s) available

Job responsibilities
-To assist and monitor food stocks and stock movement.
-To ensure minimum kitchen wastage.
-To learn and record skills and recipes from other members of the department.
-To follow the cleaning schedules for the kitchen and clean the section and other areas as assigned To ensure stock is controlled and rotated. Accept and store deliveries.
-To comply with the conditions of the food hygiene policies.
-Performing any other relevant duties may be assigned by your supervisor
