KUKA HOME is a leading international furniture brand specialising in high-quality upholstered furniture, sofas, recliners and whole-home furnishing solutions.

We are opening a new KUKA HOME showroom in Malaysia—the largest KUKA HOME flagship showroom in Southeast Asia, with a floor area of approximately 22,000 square feet.

We are looking for passionate and motivated Sales Consultants to join our exciting new team.

2、About the role

KUKA HOME is seeking an Interior Designer for whole-house customization at our new flagship showroom in Malaysia. You will conduct site measurements, create customization renderings and design proposals, liaise with clients to present and refine designs, oversee installation work, and manage all design-related tasks to ensure client satisfaction.

3、Key responsibilities

Conduct site measurements, understand client needs, and complete whole-home customization designs and renderings.
Present and explain design proposals, optimize them based on client feedback, drive order conversion, and achieve sales targets.
Carry out site inspections and supervise installation work
Ensure design is implemented as planned；Promptly handle after-sales issues arising during the design and installation process.
Follow up pending design tasks and handle client requests

4、About you

·Must be fluent in Mandarin, English, and Malay for workplace communication, with Mandarin proficiency being a mandatory requirement to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.
·We are looking for enthusiastic and energetic candidates
Proficient in AutoCAD and KuJiale
·2-5 years of working experience in custom cabinetry / furniture industry
·Good communication, customer service, and project follow-up skills, with the ability to independently present designs and convert clients into sales.

10:00 AM – 10:00 PM （Shift Work）
Flexible monthly roster with 4+N rest days per month

2、岗位介绍：全屋定制室内设计师

KUKA HOME 马来西亚旗舰展厅现招聘全屋定制室内设计师。

你将负责客户全屋定制项目的设计与落地，包括上门量房、制作定制效果图及设计方案、与客户沟通并进行方案展示与优化、跟进及监督安装工作，以及完成各项设计相关工作，确保设计方案顺利落地并提升客户满意度。

3、岗位职责

·负责量房，了解客户需求，完成全屋定制设计方案及效果图
·与客户沟通讲解方案，根据反馈优化设计，推动订单成交，达成销售目标
·负责现场复尺、现场检查及安装工作的跟进与监督
·确保设计方案按照计划实施并顺利落地；及时处理设计及安装现场出现的售后问题
·跟进未完成的设计事项，及时处理客户提出的需求及问题

4、任职要求

工作沟通需熟练使用华语、英语和马来语，其中华语为必备要求
热情积极、充满活力
熟练使用 AutoCAD、酷家乐（KuJiale） 等设计软件
具备 2—5年定制家居、定制柜体或家具行业相关工作经验
具备良好的沟通、服务及项目跟进能力，能独立完成设计展示与客户转化

5、工作时间

上午10:00—晚上10:00，轮班制
每月灵活排班，享有 4+N天休息日
