Job Highlights

Adhere to revisions to existing compliance practices and procedures to perform client screening (Know-Your-Client) and account opening process
Follow the correct procedures to configure relevant system setups
Spontaneously follow up on pending KYC cases through various contact channels in a professional manner
Process promotion applications per the promotion terms and conditions
Excel in daily tasks by keeping up to date on changes to company procedures/systems/promotions
Follow the company procedures to conduct filing in a systematic and organised way.
Conduct daily handover in an effective and efficient manner
Requirements

Previous experience in KYC/ client onboarding within the financial sector, preferably in the FX industry
Strong communication and networking skills
Excellent written and spoken skills in both English and Mandarin
Excellent organisation, administrative and computer skills
Ability to work on own initiative and identify opportunities for business improvement
Ability to work independently as well as in the team
