KYC Support | (KYC 支持)

Job Description
Conduct KYC due diligence and periodic reviews on individual and institutional clients.

Ensure compliance with AML regulations, internal KYC standards, and client onboarding procedures.

Work closely with relationship managers and compliance teams to resolve KYC-related issues.

Collect, validate, and analyze documentation to verify customer identity and business structure.

Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in compliance systems.

Job Requirements:
Diploma and Degree holders are encouraged to apply

Fresh Graduates are encouraged to apply

Excellent proficiency in English & Mandarin (Must be able to read, write & speak) is a requirement

Must be able to start immediately

Diploma applicant with minimum 2 years customer service experience

Must be willing to work in 12-month contract which is (renewable based on performance)

Must be willing to work in rotational shift
