Laboratory Engineer​

​​Main contact of the project leader,

Define characterization tests plan with the R&D department,

Define specific tools and or methods for characterization plan,

Manage tests and measurements (electrical, EMC, thermal, mechanical, vibrations) according to specifications,

Analyze data and defective devices, write tests reports,

Participates to FMEA and projects meetings,

Continuous improvement on procedures according to ISO/IEC 17025 and best practices,

Control and follow the improvement of the technical documentations (e.g. method, type sheets…).

Technical follow-up (external laboratories…),

Responsible of resources and technical Q/C/OTD of his activity (Automotive, ITR)

Assume validation of the data in the test plan.

Assume integrity of all measurements from tests carry out by laboratory.

Assume final conformity of devices according to requirements.

Carry out all tests and fill out tests reports.

Involve in audits ISO/IEC 17025, IATF 16949, ISO/TS 22163 and ISO 9001/14001.

Carry out customer’s calibration and/or verifications within or without SAS Accreditation
