💰 Salary Range / 薪资待遇

RM5,500 – RM8,000 per month (subject to experience)
月薪 RM5,500 – RM8,000（根据经验面议）

📝 Job Summary / 职位概述

Responsible for land surveying, setting out, coordinate checking, topographic measurement, and supporting construction site activities according to project drawings and requirements.
负责土地测量、施工放线、坐标检查、地形测量，并根据项目图纸及施工要求协助现场工程工作。

📋 Key Responsibilities / 岗位职责

Carry out land surveying and setting out works at construction sites
负责施工现场土地测量及放线工作

Operate survey equipment such as Total Station, Auto Level, GPS, and related instruments
操作全站仪、水准仪、GPS及相关测量设备

Perform coordinate checking and topographic survey
负责坐标检查及地形测量工作

Prepare survey reports, records, and measurement data
整理测量报告、记录及相关数据

Coordinate with site engineers and construction teams to ensure accurate site positioning
与现场工程团队协调，确保施工定位准确

Ensure surveying activities comply with project requirements and safety standards
确保测量工作符合项目要求及安全规范

🎓 Requirements / 任职要求

Diploma or Degree in Land Surveying, Geomatic Engineering, Civil Engineering, or related field
土地测量、测绘工程、土木工程或相关专业大专及以上学历

Minimum 2 years of relevant land surveying experience preferred
优先考虑具备2年以上相关土地测量经验者

Familiar with construction drawings, coordinates, and setting out process
熟悉施工图纸、坐标及放线流程

Able to independently operate survey instruments
能够独立操作测量仪器

Experience in industrial factory or construction projects will be an added advantage
具备工业厂房或建筑工程项目经验者优先考虑
