LARGE SURFACE GRINDING MACHINE TECHNICIAN

Job Responsibilities 岗位职责:

1. Primarily responsible for automated parts processing and batch grinding production using fixtures. Must be able to interpret drawing tolerance requirements and independently complete operations such as straightening plastic mold cores, machining equipment components, and fixture fabrication. Capable of basic operation of small hand-crank grinding equipment. 主要负责自动化零件加工及夹治具批量磨床加工生产工作，能看懂图纸公差要求，需能独立完成塑胶模具模仁打直角、设备零件加工、夹治具制作等相关操作，同时可简单操作小手摇磨设备。

2. Strictly adhere to high-precision machining standards (0.002MM tolerance) to ensure product accuracy meets specifications and efficiently complete all production tasks. 严格遵循高精度（0.002MM）加工标准，确保加工产品精度符合要求，高效完成各项生产任务。

3. Perform daily maintenance, parameter adjustments, and troubleshooting for large water grinders (Okamoto and Jiande brands) to ensure stable equipment operation. 负责大水磨机床（冈本、建德品牌）的日常维护保养、参数调整及故障检修工作，保障设备稳定运行。

4. Actively cooperate with management assignments and complete other ad-hoc tasks related to production and machining. 积极配合领导安排，完成其他与生产加工相关的临时性工作。



Qualifications 任职要求

1. Minimum 3 years of experience operating Okamoto or Jiande large water grinders, with practical experience in plastic mold core right-angle machining, equipment component processing, and fixture fabrication. Basic operation of small hand-crank grinding equipment is preferred. 具备3 年以上冈本、建德品牌大水磨操作经验，且有塑胶模具模仁打直角、设备零件加工、夹治具制作的实际工作经验,会简单操作小手摇磨设备，可优先。

2. Strong awareness of high-precision (0.002mm) machining requirements, familiarity with precision machining processes and quality control essentials. 具备强烈的高精度（0.002MM）加工意识，熟悉精密加工流程及质量把控要点。

3. Proficient in daily maintenance, adjustment, and troubleshooting of large water grinders; capable of promptly resolving common minor equipment malfunctions. 掌握大水磨机床的日常维护保养、调整及检修技能，能及时处理设备常见小故障。

4. Demonstrate a diligent and responsible work ethic with strong execution capabilities; consistently meet production deadlines while ensuring product precision. 5. Must be a skilled operator capable of immediate hands-on work without additional training. 工作态度认真负责，具备高效的执行力，能在规定时间内完成生产任务并保证产品精度。5.需为可直接上手操作的熟练工，无需额外培训即可独立开展工作。

5. Chinese language proficiency preferred. 会中文优先。
