Lift Technician - KL

Requirements
-Qualification from SPM and above
-Owns a motorcycle and B2 license
-Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
-Can speak in Bahasa Malaysia
-Has own smartphone (able to support WhatsApp and Telegram applications)
-Able to communicate well and follow instructions
-Basic salary of RM1,700 and above, excluding allowances
-Work location area Kuala Lumpur

Responsibilities
-Provide service and customer support during field visits and dispatches.
-Manage all onsite installation, repair, preventive maintenance, and test tasks.
-Diagnose errors or technical problems and determine proper solutions.
-Produce timely and detailed service reports.
-Document service procedures and technical findings clearly.
-Perform monthly servicing according to company checklist and schedule.
-Service lifts and escalators assigned, following the planned maintenance schedule.
-Follow all company field procedures, safety protocols, and quality standards.
-Cooperate with the technical team and share relevant field information across departments.
-Understand customer requirements and provide appropriate recommendations or updates.
-Build and maintain positive working relationships with customers and end-users.
