具备厨房或烘焙工作经验者优先考虑，但

拥有烹饪艺术或烘焙艺术相关证书/文凭者
将更具优势。
具备基本的烹饪/烘焙技巧及厨房设备操作
知识。
了解食品安全与厨房卫生标准。
对烹饪及烘焙行业充满热情，并愿意学习
与提升技能。
细心认真，能够在快节奏的工作环境中工
作。
具备良好的沟通能力，并能与团队良好合
作。
态度积极，能够在最少监督下独立完成工
作。
能接受轮班工作，包括周末及公共假期。
岗位职责
职位简介
协助厨房日常运营，包括食品准备、食品制作
及厨房维护工作。确保食品质量稳定、厨房清
洁卫生，并遵守食品安全标准。同时与资深厨
师紧密合作，确保厨房运作顺畅高效。根据营
运需求，为不同厨房部门提供支援，包括烘
焙、拉面、烧肉及烧鸟等日式料理部门。
