* Host TikTok Live, Shopee Live, and other livestream sessions.
* Introduce and demonstrate products in an engaging and professional manner.
* Interact with viewers by answering questions and responding to comments in real time.
* Encourage audience engagement and drive product sales during live sessions.
* Follow the provided live script while adapting naturally to customer interactions.
* Maintain a positive, energetic, and confident on-camera presence.
* Work closely with the operations and marketing team to plan live content.
* Monitor live performance and provide feedback for continuous improvement.
* Assist in creating short-form video content when required.
* Stay updated on TikTok, Shopee, and livestream trends.

### Requirements

* Confident speaking in **Bahasa Malaysia** (Chinese and English are an advantage).
* Comfortable appearing on camera.
* Good communication and presentation skills.
* Experience with TikTok Live or Shopee Live is preferred (training provided for beginners).
* Positive attitude, responsible, and willing to learn.
* Able to work independently and as part of a team.
* Willing to work flexible hours based on livestream schedules.
