Live Host (UK Market)

Job Description for UK Live Host
1) Be the Face of Hetch UK: Host engaging TikTok livestreams for 6 hours per day, showcasing and selling our products to the UK audience.
2) Clear and Accurate Live Demos: Actively demonstrate the product features during live and understand what type of demonstration drives conversions for our different products. Training will be provided but candidate must be willing to adapt and try different selling techniques to find what works.
3) Drive Sales: Use closing techniques to encourage viewers to add-to-cart and purchase. Manage flash sales, vouchers, and limited-time offers during the stream.
4) Audience Engagement: Interact with viewers in real-time, answering questions about shipping, product specs, promotions and warranty in fluent, professional English.
5) Studio Management: Ensure the livestream set looks clean and professional while ensuring the products and equipment are charged and ready before going live and cleaned after live.

Candidate Requirements
1) Language: Good command of English. You must be able to speak clearly and confidently. A neutral accent or ability to understand British slang/culture is a huge plus.
2) Personality: High energy, thick skin (comfortable handling live comments), and "camera ready" . You are comfortable standing and moving around for long periods and are not shy to push someone to buy.
3) Experience: Prior experience in TikTok Live hosting or/and Shopee Live is preferred. Retail sales experience is also valuable. Prior experience selling household appliances is a huge plus.
4) Tech Savvy: You understand how TikTok works (Algorithm, Pinned Products, Vouchers).
