Live Host

Job Scope

* Conduct live streaming sessions for **6 hours per day**.
* Host and interact with viewers in **Malay and English**.
* Introduce and promote products/content during livestreams.
* Engage with audiences, answer questions, and maintain an active livestream environment.
* Work **5 or 6 days per week**, depending on the selected schedule.
* Available for **WFO or WFH**, depending on company arrangement.
* Maintain good attendance, professionalism, and livestream performance.
* Performance will be evaluated regularly. **Salary package and continuation of benefits are subject to meeting the required performance standards.**

### Working Hours

**10:00 AM – 12:00 AM**
*6 hours of actual streaming per day, with working/shift hours arranged within this time.*

### Working Days

* **5 working days per week**
* **6 working days per week**

### Salary & Benefits

* **Basic Salary + Attendance Allowance + Commission**
* Monthly earning: **RM2,000 – RM8,000**
* Salary is **performance-based** and calculated based on **22 working days**.
* Higher earnings are available through performance and commission.

### Language

* **Malay & English:** Standard salary package
* **Chinese Speaker:** Different salary package available

### Work Arrangement

* **Work From Office (WFO)**
* **Work From Home (WFH)**
* Arrangement is subject to company requirements and performance.

### Requirements

* Confident and comfortable speaking on camera.
* Good communication and interpersonal skills.
* Able to engage and interact with viewers.
* Positive, energetic, and presentable personality.
* Willing to commit to the required working schedule.
* Previous livestreaming experience is an advantage but **not mandatory**.
