Logistic Admin Executive

About the Role

We have an exciting opportunity for a Logistic Admin Executive to join our team at Hi-Tech Instruments Sdn Bhd in Bandar Bukit Puchong, Selangor. This is a full-time position that will play a crucial role in supporting our logistics operations.

What You'll Be Doing

Keep track customer outstanding orders & commercial related matters

Handling and familiarity with shipping documents for import/export and customs requirement

Collaborate with various departments, including Sales, Service, Application Lab, Finance to align supply chain activities with overall business objectives

Responsible for all purchasing activities, including sourcing, negotiation, order acknowledgement/follow up/up-date the arrival status & record

Other task assigned by HOD/ Management
