LOGISTIC ASSISTANT - Batu Gajah

Key Responsibilities
-Shipping & Receiving: Coordinate incoming and outgoing shipments, inspect items for damage, and verify documentation.
-Coordination & Logistics: Organize transport, track deliveries, and liaise with vendors or headquarters to resolve disputes.
-Documentation: Prepare and maintain shipping logs, invoices, and packing lists.
-Safety & Maintenance: Ensure the warehouse is organized, clean, and complies with safety standards.

Required Skills and Qualifications
-Experience: Previous experience in warehousing, logistics, or supply chain
-Education: SPM/STPM , Diploma or Bachelor Degree; associate degree in logistics or business administration preferred.
-Skills: Strong organizational skills, proficiency in data entry and MS Office (especially Excel), communication skills, and attention to detail.
