Logistic Assistant(Mandarin Speaker)

Responsibilities

Salary : RM2800-RM3300



Role Description

️ Assist in scheduling and monitoring inbound and outbound shipments to ensure timely delivery and receipt of goods.

️Assist in checking the quality of goods received and shipped out, and support the prompt handling of returns or exchanges.

️Assist in coordinating the receipt, processing, and fulfilment of customer orders.

️Assist in preparing and submitting regular reports on warehouse operations, inventory levels, and throughput.

️Assist in maintaining accurate records of all warehousing activities, including inventory records, shipping logs, and order documentation.

️Assist with other duties as assigned.



Requirements

️Candidates with a diploma in Logistic and Supply Chain Management will have an advantage.

️Fresh Graduate are welcome.

️Strong communication skills

️Attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment

️Ability to work independently and as part of a team

️Previous experience in the food industry is a plus

️Candidates who are fluent in Mandarin are preferred because the role requires candidates to interact with Mandarin-speaking clients.
