The Role

We are seeking a Logistic Executive who is highly motivated, detail-oriented, and organized to join our factory team in Sungai Buloh. This role is critical to ensuring the smooth flow of local and international logistics activities, especially relating to cooling tower materials. You will play a key part in coordinating shipments, managing documentation, and supporting day-to-day administrative operations at the factory. Key Responsibilities

Coordinate and monitor local and overseas shipments of cooling tower materials.

Liaise with freight forwarders, transporters, customs agents, and government bodies to ensure efficient and compliant import/export processes.

Prepare and verify all logistics documentation including invoices, packing lists, delivery orders, and customs forms.

Track shipments, follow up on delivery status, and resolve any delays or discrepancies.

Ensure full compliance with customs and shipping regulations.

Work closely with procurement, production, and warehouse teams to align material movement with factory requirements.

Maintain accurate records for shipping and delivery activities—both in hard copy and digital formats.

Handle daily factory administrative tasks, correspondence, and logistics-related communication.

What We’re Looking For

Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or a related field.

1–2 years’ experience in logistics or administrative functions; experience in import/export is a plus.

Familiarity with shipping procedures, customs clearance, and Incoterms.

Competent in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.

Fluent in English, Malay, and Mandarin (spoken and written). We are seeking candidates proficient in Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.

Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time management skills.

Able to work independently and handle tasks with minimal supervision.

Willing to be based full-time at our Sungai Buloh factory.
