Logistic Executive (Able to speak Mandarin & English advantage to apply)

📍 Location: Sarawak (100% remote)

📅 Contract Duration: 12 Months (Renewable based on performance)

💰 Salary: Up to RM5,000 per month

🕒 Working Hours:

Monday to Friday

Split Shift: 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM & 8:30 PM – 12:30 AM (8 hours a day)



🔍 About the Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Logistics Executive to manage inbound shipment operations. This role is responsible for ensuring timely delivery, cost efficiency, and smooth coordination with global logistics partners.



🚛 Key Responsibilities

Coordinate and manage inbound freight (Ocean, Air, Land, Parcel) to meet daily and weekly targets

Monitor shipment status and update ETA, ensuring alignment with planning requirements

Book shipments with freight forwarders based on target delivery timelines

Track shipments, escalate delays, and communicate updates to internal stakeholders

Liaise with suppliers, freight forwarders, brokers, and carriers to resolve shipment discrepancies

Input and maintain accurate shipment data in the Logistics Tracker

Ensure proper documentation (BOL, POD, shipping invoices, customs clearance)

Audit freight invoices, raise disputes, and coordinate with Accounts Payable

Manage detention and demurrage reports and follow up on outstanding issues

Negotiate shipping rates and evaluate freight forwarder performance



✅ Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain, or Business-related field

Minimum 2 years of experience in logistics, transportation, or supply chain

Experience handling FCL and LCL shipments

Knowledge of ocean freight and North American shipping lanes is an advantage

Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, etc.)
