We are looking for a Logistics and Warehouse Coordinator to oversee daily logistics and warehouse activities, ensuring efficient shipments, accurate inventory, and timely order fulfillment.
This role supports cost-effective operations, regulatory compliance, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Responsibilities and Duties
Oversee daily logistics operations, including inbound and outbound movements, warehousing, and order fulfillment.

Develop and implement strategies for efficient, cost-effective transportation and overall logistics operations.

Provide guidance and direction to logistics team members and manage the logistics department's activities.

Work closely with Customs on export-related matters and submissions.

Ensure accurate import/export documentation and full compliance with Customs and LMW regulations.

Manage inventory levels, implement effective control measures, and balance stock to meet demand without excess costs or stockouts.

Monitor and track shipments to ensure timely delivery, accuracy, and fulfilment of orders.

Drive continuous improvement in logistics operations, focusing on operational efficiency, cost control, and service level excellence.

Ensure all logistics activities comply with relevant regulations and standards.

Review and verify all shipping charges and custom clearance duties.

Prepare accurate and timely reports for management and other stakeholders.

Qualifications
Working Experience

At least 2 years of relevant working experience in warehousing, logistics, or related industries.

Hands-on experience in logistics operations, inventory management, and shipment coordination.

Experience dealing with Customs procedures, import/export documentation, and regulatory compliance is an advantage.

Education

Diploma or higher qualification in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.

Essential Knowledge & Skills
Good understanding of logistics, warehousing, and inventory control processes.

Strong analytical and planning skills with attention to detail.

Ability to coordinate multiple logistics activities and meet tight deadlines.

Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

Effective communication and interpersonal skills for coordination with internal teams, logistics partners, and authorities.

Ability to work independently in a fast-paced operational environment.

Strong sense of responsibility, accuracy, and cost awareness.
