Full job description

The execution and supervision of logistics warehouse activities i.e. Outbound Goods Order Management (Picking, Packing & Documentation), Shipping and inventory updates

Ensure the safe retrieval and timely despatch of goods

Identify all areas of improvement and maximize productivity

Closely monitor the order and deliveries

To manage and implement smooth store operations outgoing system through computerised administration and retrieval systems

To implement and maintain complete detailed warehouse materials identification

Creating and implement a proper materials transfer system

Produce daily, weekly and monthly reports and statistics on the level of parts/raw materials in the organization.

Ensure health, safety, cleanliness and security of the store/receiving and distribution goods area at all times.

Key Requirement

Diploma / Degree in any field

Minimum 2-3 years working experience in Logistics Warehouse Management.

A team player with good interpersonal and communication skills and able to interact with people at all levels.

Demonstrate professionalism in dealing with external parties.

Must be trustworthy and able to maintain confidentiality with high level of integrity and commitment.

Able to work independently, meet tight deadlines and work under pressure with minimum supervision.

Excellent command of English and Bahasa Melayu both verbal and written skills

Knowledge of Warehouse and Inventory Management

Knowledge in ISO, SAP will be advantage added.

Good Computer Skill (Microsoft).
