Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Warehouse Manager to lead and oversee end-to-end warehouse operations. The role is responsible for driving operational excellence, workforce leadership, KPI performance, cost control, and customer satisfaction while ensuring compliance with company policies and SOP standards.

Key Responsibilities

Manage daily warehouse operations to ensure smooth inbound, outbound, inventory, and manpower execution.

Supervise and lead warehouse teams to achieve productivity and service targets.

Plan manpower, allocate tasks, and adjust schedules to meet operational demands and peak periods.

Monitor KPI performance and take immediate corrective action to resolve operational gaps.

Handle shipment issues, urgent orders, and customer escalations promptly and professionally.

Ensure compliance with SOPs, safety standards, and 5S practices on the warehouse floor.

Conduct daily/weekly operational meetings and monitor staff performance.

Prepare operational reports and support cost control initiatives.

Execute contingency plans and take charge during operational disruptions.

Requirements

Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or related field.

Minimum 3-5 years of experience in warehouse/logistics operations, with managerial leadership experience.

Strong leadership, decision-making, and people management skills.

Proven experience managing KPIs, cost control, and customer escalations.

Ability to manage high-pressure situations and operational contingencies.

Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
