General repairing

Plumbing - Perform routine and emergency plumbing tasks.

Steel works - Assist in fabricating, repairing, or installing steel structures

Roofing - Conduct inspections and repairs on roofing systems, addressing leaks, damaged shingles

Office and factory infrastructure - Carry out repairs and maintenance of office and factory infrastructure

Office air conditioner - Perform routine maintenance and basic repairs on office air conditioning units, such as cleaning filters, checking coolant levels, and troubleshooting minor issues



Are you the one?

Qualification of a Sijil Pelajaran Malaysia (SPM) with minimum 2 years experiences in related discipline (building maintenance).

Basic knowledge of plumbing systems, including pipe installation, leak detection, and drainage systems.

Understanding of steel fabrication and repair techniques, including welding, cutting, and assembly.

Familiarity with roofing materials and repair methods, such as sealing, patching

Knowledge of air conditioning systems, including routine maintenance tasks like filter cleaning and basic troubleshooting

Awareness of workplace safety standards and regulations related to maintenance work
