About the role

Tropicana Golf & Country Resort is seeking a skilled and dedicated Maintenance Technician to join our facilities team on a full-time basis. Based in Petaling Jaya, Selangor, this role is essential to maintaining the high standards of our resort facilities and ensuring optimal operational performance across all maintenance systems and infrastructure. As a Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for the upkeep, repair, and preventative maintenance of our resort's mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and structural systems. This position plays a vital role in delivering exceptional guest experiences by ensuring all facilities remain in pristine working condition.

What you'll be doing

Perform routine preventative maintenance on all resort facilities, including electrical installations, plumbing fixtures, and structural components.

Diagnose and troubleshoot equipment malfunctions and mechanical issues, implementing effective repairs to minimise downtime

Monitor facility systems and report defects requiring repair or replacement.

Maintain detailed records of all maintenance work performed, including parts used, labour hours, and equipment status

Support facility improvement, renovation, and upgrading projects.

Collaborate with other team members to coordinate maintenance schedules and resource allocation

Perform routine inspections to ensure facilities operate safely and efficiently.

Maintain and inventory maintenance equipment, tools, and spare parts.

Ensure all maintenance work complies with safety regulations and company standards.

Be available for emergency maintenance and after-hours call-outs when required.
