Job Responsibilities:

• Learn and participate in the daily operation management of the restaurant.
• Ensure that food quality, customer service, environmental hygiene and operational standards meet the company's requirements.
• Assist in inventory management, ordering, inventory checking and cost control.
• Learn to lead a team, assist in employee training and on-site operation coordination.
• Handle customer inquiries, feedback and basic complaint handling.
• Assist in implementing company operation policies, SOPs, food safety and hygiene standards.
• Learn to analyze store operation performance and continuously propose improvement suggestions.
• Complete the management training program to prepare for future promotion to management positions.

工作职责：

• 学习并参与餐厅日常营运管理工作。
• 确保食品品质、顾客服务、环境卫生及营运标准符合公司要求。
• 协助库存管理、订货、盘点及成本控制工作。
• 学习带领团队，协助员工培训及现场营运协调。
• 处理顾客咨询、意见反馈及基本客诉处理。
• 协助执行公司营运政策、SOP、食品安全及卫生标准。
• 学习分析门店营运表现，并持续提出改善建议。
• 完成管理培训计划，为未来晋升管理岗位做好准备。
